• An allocated quick-access contact Orgtologist.
• 10% Discount on all services.
• Flexible hour arrangements – i.e., using hours up to six-months in advance. E.g., where a company has purchased a 20-hour monthly contract, but needs 60-hours to complete a project, OrgXpert will deliver those hours and receive down payments over six months.
• Hours can be carried over. E.g., where a client has purchased a 20-hour per month contract, but does not use it, the hours is carried over to the next month.
• For 12-month retainer agreements, we do a free annual REET analysis.
• Top-up hour option with hours where the client Org needs more for larger projects.
• Use of the OrgSmart business intelligence system for all employees at no cost for all retainer agreements exceeding fifty hours per month.

How does this work?

• Instead of purchasing a service, the client company buys retainer hours, e.g., 20- hours per month.
• The client Org can then use these hours for any service in the OrgXpert services catalogue. E.g., run an employee culture & climate survey or revise a strategy.
• On request of a service, OrgXpert will deliver a project brief that stipulates the tasks and duration of the project. E.g., the project brief estimates that the design and delivery of a culture and climate survey will take 45 hours.
• Where the client requests a project that takes more hours than what is available in the agreement. OrgXpert and the client will negotiate an arrangement. E.g., the client is 25 hours short for the culture and climate audit. An agreement can be that OrgXpert completes the work in one month but deducts the amount from three payments. I.e., 20-Hours from month one and two respectively, and five- hours from month three. Or they could agree that OrgXpert invoices for the additional hours. OrgXpert will be open to any amicable agreement.
• Where the client does not use the hours, it will be carried over.
