Level Zero Audit

Level Zero is an orgtology-based model that we use as basis for organisational design, optimisation of operational efficiency, risk identification, cost centre establishment, process engineering, identification of performance indicators, development of job descriptions and performance contracts, and strategic alignment to the operational environment. Employee Climate and Culture Audit

The purpose of a employee culture and climate audit is to assess the current organisational culture against international best practice. For this, we use the International Orgtology Institute’s Quality Standards for Organizational Culture Development. The project entails the creation of an equilibrium between organisational boundaries and individual attributes, values, and perceptions. The project ends with a clearly defined implementation plan for continuous culture growth.

  • Define and agree on assessment topics, e.g., communication, trust, conflict management, content, etc.
  • Establish interaction schedule with the client.
  • Send out questionnaires to all employees.
  • Do selected interviews and focus groups.
  • Do a desktop analysis of all past studies, surveys, and reports relating to the Org Culture and Climate.
  • Do a desktop analysis on organisational boundaries (purpose, intent, values, business model, behavioural rules, etc.)
  • Correlate findings with the International Orgtology Institutes Quality Standards for culture & climate management.
  • Draft an Org Culture Audit Report.
  • Present and deliver the Org Culture Design Report to the EXCO Team.
