Org Culture Internalization

 

We use the Org Design Framework to internalise an Org culture that is conducive to the purpose and intent of the Client Org. Where an Org Culture Framework was not done, we will do that first. On completion of this project, the client will have an internalised Org Culture as well as the tools and skills to continue with the internalisation process.

 

    • Where an Org Design Audit and Framework was not done, we will do so set out above.
    • Establish interaction schedule with the client.
    • Identify culture internalisation pipelines (onboarding program, departmental meetings, etc.)
    • Select mentors, who will execute the dialogue model.
    • Train managers and mentors on the dialogue model, as established during the culture design framework.
    • Do on-the-job training to ensure that the Org Culture champions, selected mentors, and line managers can continue with internalisation of the desired Org culture.
    • To do the above, we will do online consulting, interviews, focus groups, digital questionaries, & desktop analysis.

Change management

 

All organisations often change the way they do things. This mostly creates employee, and sometimes management resistance, since change creates disruption, which in turn creates stress. Our change management consulting process will help any Org to internalise change, facilitate adoption, and ensure internalisation.

 

    • Establish interaction schedule with the client.
    • Do a change impact stakeholders analysis.
    • Distribute questionnaires to assess the impact of change on employees.
    • Assess the impact of change on processes, strategies, and systems.
    • Develop a robust communication plan to ensure that the envisaged change is clearly articulated and understood by all stakeholders.
    • Present and deliver a change impact report with clear recommendations to the management team.
    • Run contact sessions with leadership to ensure that leaders are aligned to the change initiative.
    • Create and implement a strategy to address employee concerns.
    • Send out a survey to test internalisation.

Culture & Climate Audit

 

In this service, we assess the current organisational culture against international best practice. For this, we use the International Orgtology Institute’s Quality Standards for Organizational Culture Development. The project entails the creation of an equilibrium between organisational boundaries and individual attributes, values, and perceptions. The project ends with a clearly defined implementation plan for continuous culture growth.

      • Establish interaction schedule with the client.
      • Send out questionnaires to all relevant stakeholders.
      • Do selected interviews and focus groups.
      • Do a desktop analysis of all past studies, surveys, and reports relating to the Org Culture.
      • Do a desktop analysis on organisational boundaries (purpose, intent, values, business model, behavioural rules, etc.)
      • Correlate findings with the International Orgtology Institutes Quality Standards for Org Design.
      • Develop a Org Culture Audit Report.
      • Present and deliver the Org Culture Design Report to the EXCO Team.
      • To do the above, we will do online consulting, interviews, focus groups, digital questionaries, & desktop analysis.

Org Culture Design Framework

 

We use the Org Design Audit Report to design an Org culture that is conducive to the purpose and intent of the Client Org. Where an Org Culture Audit was not done, we will do that first. On completion of this project, the client will have a clearly defined Org Culture Framework, and a detailed implementation plan.

 

    • Where an Org Design Audit was not done, we will do so set out above.
    • Establish a Org Culture Design champions team.
    • Establish interaction schedule with the client.
    • Develop a dialogue model for internalisation of the desired Org Culture.
    • Test the model.
    • Develop a monitoring tool.
    • Develop a change management and communication plan and tools.
    • Get EXCO approval for roll-out.
    • Develop a detailed implementation plan.
    • Train identified Org Culture Champions.
